Hi, I’m Sanchia,

I am a qualified Health Coach through the zest4life academy in the United Kingdom – Health Coaches Academy.

Being in my 50s and a mother of four, my life experiences have made me realise what a desperate need there is for what we health coaches have to offer. I am passionate about giving back and would love the opportunity to be able to make a difference in others’ lives.

MISSION AND VISION​

Mission: My passion is to empower people to take back control of their health and create balance in their lives through education, guidance and support.

Vision: It is my vision to have a practice that educates, supports and guides clients as both individuals and in groups on how to nourish their bodies, minds and souls. I want to reach children and educate them on the importance of health. I want to be known for being at the forefront of the field of nutrition, constantly researching health trends and keeping up to date with understanding how these trends are going to affect people’s health both positively and negatively. I want my clients, both big and small, to feel no judgement, to explore life with open minds and hearts and to embrace difference no matter where it leads. There must be no boundaries, an element of rebellion and excitement to delve into the unknown with the prospect of achieving optimal health.

A Professional Health Coach is a type of life coach, but is trained to specialise in Health, Nutrition & Wellness;  Health Coaches care deeply about and have the skills and training to influence the overall health, wellness and happiness of everyone they work with.
With a Health Coach, clients create a brand new vision of health and well-being for their lives and a redefined set of health values; a Health Coach will then support them to overcome barriers and limiting beliefs and invent a personalised health strategy that they not only follow with ease but love following too.
Health Coaches work alongside clients to re-think the way they live and create a new set of lifestyle habits underpinned by a clear vision for health and wellness.
Health Coaches can therefore coach clients on anything that will improve their overall physical and emotional health and well-being, Health Coaches can also set fun challenges with their clients turning what has traditionally been seen as a restrictive and boring ‘should-be-healthier’ process, into a life-changing, fun and exciting experience, measuring and celebrating all successes along the way.

All goals, be they physical, emotional, spiritual, or holistic are all dealt with on an individual basis – a Health Coach respects the individuality of a client and empowers them to set and reach their own personal goals. ‘A person-centred approach recognizes the right of individuals to make informed choices, and take responsibility for those choices and related risks.’
