~ About Me ~

I am a qualified Health Coach through the zest4life academy in the United Kingdom – Health Coaches Academy.

Being in my 50s and a mother of four, my life experiences have made me realise what a desperate need there is for what we Health Coaches have to offer. I am passionate about giving back and would love the opportunity to be able to make a difference in others’ lives.

The HCA Diploma in Health Coaching has been accredited by Qualifi as a level 5 qualification which means that this Diploma is equivalent to a foundation Degree. Not only that, but it gives formal assurance to employers and clients alike, that our course meets rigorous, consistent, quality standards and represents valid, valued learning. These regulated qualifications are recognised in many countries. Our Diploma is registered on the Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF) and recognised across the European Qualification Framework.

Not only am I able to coach my clients, but I am able to physically assess body measurements with the InBody 570 Body Assessment Scales. These scales provide advanced analysis capabilities due to their multi-frequency measuring ability.

I offer one-on-one programmes that are designed around the client’s individual needs as well as group programmes and talks. I also provide programmes for schools aimed at equipping young people with the tools that they need to help them navigate the pitfalls of growing up.

Finally, I have recently joined the team at Brainz Magazine. Brainz Magazine is known for inviting top entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized companies, scientists, and influential leaders to contribute to the magazine, which they hand-pick for their expertise. As you can imagine, it’s a huge honor to have the opportunity to publish my expertise online on a regular basis, and I’m delighted to be joining them!

“ My passion is to empower people to take back control of their health and create balance in their lives through education, guidance and support. "
